PackageX has taken a massive leap by rebranding Parcel. Shipd now comes better integrated with PackageX Mailroom |

PackageX has released new integration between its apps Mailroom and Shipd, formerly Parcel. The two new integrations allow mailrooms the opportunity to present their brand images within each notification sent to recipients using Shipd. |

The first of the two new features is the ability to add your mailroom’s logo to message tiles on Shipd’s track screen, notifying recipients where their packages are located and who is managing them upon receiving a message.
The second feature allows mailrooms to upload cover photos to be seen at the top of Shipd’s package details screen.
“Up until now, PackageX Mailroom has made mailrooms’ lives easier with its automated email notifications. Automated emails do their job; however, anytime a package arrives, emails, in essence, let the recipient know, ‘Hey! You have a package,’ but the problem is they don’t do a good job of showing your brand.” said Farrukh Mahboob, founder and CEO of PackageX and its parent company, VisionX. “All the recipient sees is they have a package and the mailroom’s service has already left their mind. Shipd is changing that.”
Besides the increase in your mailroom’s brand exposure, the new cover photo feature also has a creative use:
Organizations with multiple mailrooms can use different cover photos to visually denote a particular mailroom has received a recipient's package
