About Paul Rand
Paul Rand is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in the Toronto office of Bentham IMF. He brings to the role more than 15 years of experience as a litigator, a manager of commercial litigation matters in-house, and most recently as counsel to clients on sophisticated financing transactions. At Bentham, Paul assesses investment opportunities involving commercial claims, and works with law firms and corporate groups looking to innovate in how they manage litigation assets and risks. Before joining Bentham, Paul was a member the capital markets team at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto. He has also held in-house positions with Royal Bank of Canada.
