CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 16, 2015) - PHX Energy Services Corp. ("PHX Energy" or the "Corporation") (TSX:PHX) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with its syndicate of lenders to make certain amendments to its credit facilities (collectively, as amended, the "Credit Facility").
