TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 1, 2016) - Portola Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PZ) (the "Corporation" or "Portola") is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") for a total amount of $1.8 million. The Corporation completed the Private Placement by issuing an aggregate of 12,006,700 shares at a price of $0.15 per share for gross proceeds of $18,001,005.
