(the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PKM) is pleased to announce that the third tranche of the Corporation's previously announced private placement of convertible debentures (the "Debentures") was completed on May 4, 2011 for gross proceeds of $80,000. To date, the Corporation has secured an aggregate of $1,200,000 from the issuance of Debentures.
