Linda McMahon, the former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, easily won a primary battle and will be the Republican U.S. Senate nominee in Connecticut. Other winners on primary night in four states included appointed Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado and conservative state Rep. Tom Emmer, who will be the Republican nominee for governor of Minnesota. A Republican gubernatorial runoff in Georgia went down to the wire Tuesday night.
