VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2012) - Prominex Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PXR) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 Units ("Units") at CAD $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") and one full common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). The warrants will expire two years after the closing of the offering. Each warrant will be exercisable at into one common share at CAD $0.10 during the first year or at CAD $0.20 during the second year of the warrant. The private placement may close in tranches. |
