CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb. 1, 2017) - PROSPECTOR RESOURCES CORP. ("Prospector" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PRR) announces that it intends to complete a private placement of up to 15,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.50 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $7,500,000 (the "Private Placement").
