THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 11, 2012) - QRS Capital Corp. ("QRS" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:QRS) announces the closing on October 11, 2012 of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement"). The Company issued 2,625,000 units (the "Units") (representing an additional 125,000 Units than previously announced) at a price of $0.20 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $525,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit consisted of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.40 per common share for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the Private Placement. |
