(TSX VENTURE:RRL) ("Relentless" or "the Company") announced today that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for up to $3.0 million dollars, made up of 4,166,666 flow through shares at $0.24/share and 10,000,000 common shares at $0.20/share.
