RESAAS Announces Increase of Private Placement Financing to $2,000,000 |

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 25, 2011) - RESAAS SERVICES INC. ("RESAAS") (CNSX:RSS) announces a change to its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (see RESAAS' news release dated February 23, 2011). RESAAS has increased the offering to raise gross proceeds of up to $2 million by issuing up to 1,481,482 units at a purchase price of $1.35 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of RESAAS and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional share of RESAAS at an exercise price of $1.85 per share for a period of 18 months from the closing date of the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about March 7, 2011. |
