Respect Your Universe, Inc. Announces Closing of Second Tranche Private Placement |

PORTLAND, OREGON--(Marketwired - June 13, 2014) - Respect Your Universe, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RYU)(OTCQB:RYUN) ("RYU") is pleased to announce that it has completed the second and final tranche of its private placement financing for gross proceeds of US$280,000, priced at US$0.10 per unit (the "Financing"). Each unit consists of one common share of RYU and one warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of US$0.25 per share for a period of three years. In connection with the Financing, RYU paid a finder's fee of $28,000 to one finder. |
