TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 17, 2016) - Rockcliff Copper Corporation ("Rockcliff" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RCU) today announced that the Company has closed its non-brokered Offering announced in its press release of August 11, 2016. The Company placed 28,571,428 units at a price of $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 (the "Offering").
