VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 20, 2015) - Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RK) ("Rockhaven") announces that it has arranged a 21,000,000 share private placement with Strategic Metals Ltd. ("Strategic Metals"), Rockhaven 's largest shareholder. The placement will be a share offering at $0.21 per share for total proceeds of $4,410,000. No warrants will be included in the placement. |
