Sage Gold Inc. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 24, 2015) - Sage Gold Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SGX) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $27,000 (the "Offering") subject to regulatory approval. The Offering will consist of the sale of 540,000 common shares at $0.05 per common share.
