CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 18, 2014) - Sahara Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SAH) (Sahara) announces that the previously-announced C$600,000 private placement is now expected to be completed with JF Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (JF Investment). The funds were initially received by Sahara from a different investor as a non-refundable deposit on a larger investment. The obligations of the non-refundable deposit have now been assigned to JF Investment. Discussions are ongoing with JF Investment with respect to an additional investment. |
