Sandy Takes Toll on Presidential Campaigns |

Hurricane Sandy washed Mitt Romney out of Virginia and this morning forced President Obama to bail on a joint rally with Bill Clinton in Orlando, Fla., as both campaigns do their best to negotiate with a storm that threatens lives, property, and the course of their statistically deadlocked race for the White House.
