VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 22, 2014) - Saturn Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SMI)(FRANKFURT:SMK) ("Saturn" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the first tranche for 5,000,000 units of its Private Placement per the exclusive agreement with EMD Financial Inc. (the "Agent") (see news release dated August 15, 2014) in connection with a brokered Private Placement of up to 10,000,000 flow-through units (the "FT Units") at a price of $0.20 per FT Unit.
