Seair Announces Warrant Expiry Date Amendment |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 23, 2014) - Seair Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SDS) ("Seair" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to the extension of the expiry date of its 18,619,106 issued and outstanding common share purchase warrants ("Warrants"). Each Warrant entitled its holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40 per share with an expiry date of October 31, 2014.Effective immediately, the Company has amended the terms of the Warrants to extend the expiry date of all the Warrants to October 31, 2015. |
