Seal Beach Massacre Suspect Identified |

Police have identified the man who is believed to have opened fire in a Southern California hair salon over a custody dispute with his ex-wife, leaving eight people dead and another wounded. Seal Beach police identified the suspect as Scott Evans De Kraai, 42, the ex-husband of one of the salon's employees.
