VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 29, 2016) - Search Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SMY) ("Search" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered unsecured convertible debenture (the "Debenture") private placement (the "Private Placement") in the amount of $120,750.00. The Debenture will bear simple interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated and paid quarterly in arrears, and will have a maturity date of one year from the date of issue. |
