Thirty-five vehicles are involved in two separate pile-ups on a New Hampshire interstate following snow squalls that pummeled the region, ABC News affiliate WMUR-TV in Manchester reports.
The northbound-side accident, which reportedly left smoke coming from a tractor trailer carrying wood chips, resulted from icy road conditions, according to New Hampshire State Police, who said the first call came in this morning at 9:48.
There were a few injuries, all of them minor, police said. |
