MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 4, 2013) - SENSIO Technologies Inc. ("SENSIO" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SIO) is pleased to announce a first tranche closing of the previously announced brokered private placement for 20,400,000 units of the Corporation (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,040,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering has been made on a commercially reasonable efforts basis by Global Maxfin Capital Inc. (the "Agent"). |
