TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 15, 2011) - Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX:PME) is pleased to announce that it has filed a final short form prospectus in each province and territory of Canada, in connection with its treasury offering (the "Offering") of up to 3,945,420 Class A shares of the Company (the "Shares") for gross proceeds of up to $41,229,639. The Agents (as defined below) have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 591,813 Shares which, if fully exercised, would bring the total gross proceeds of the Offering to approximately $47,414,085 million, before deducting the payment of expenses of the Offering by the Company. |
