TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 30, 2012) - Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed a final short form prospectus in each province and territory of Canada, in connection with its treasury offering (the "Offering") of up to 8,361,204 Class A shares of the Company (the "Shares") for gross proceeds of up to $75 million. The Agents (as defined below) have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,254,180 Shares which, if fully exercised, would bring the total gross proceeds of the Offering to $86.25 million, before deducting the payment of expenses of the Offering by the Company. |
