TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 19, 2016) - Signature Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SGU)(OTC PINK:SGGTF) ("Signature" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has extended its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of a minimum of $400,000 up to a maximum of $1,000,000 (the "Offering") until June 19, 2016.
