(TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) ("Siyata" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that due to strong investor demand it has increased the size of its previously announced private placement (the "Private Placement") from $2,000,000 to $2,500,000. The Private Placement involves the issuance of up to 7,142,857 units (the "Units") at $0.35 per Unit. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at any time prior to two years after the issue date at a price of $0.50. |
