The Skin Care Center of Southern Illinois is pleased to announce the induction of their two newest providers to their staff: Trisha Steele BSN, RN and Natalie Amason, MS, PN-C. Their arrival comes after a rigorous search for perfect additions to the Skin Care Center team.
Steele specializes in cosmetic care. She received her nursing license in 2014 and originally got her start within the hospital environment. Prior to receiving her license, she studied nursing at the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish College in St Louis, Missouri. It’s there she gained her Bachelors of Science. Steele’s shift in specializations came as a result of her realizing her strong interest in the world of aesthetic care. She now maintains expert-level knowledge in a wide variety of laser, filler and injection treatments, including CoolSculpting, KYBELLA, Restylane, BOTOX, Belotero, Dysport and Juvederm. She has been a member of the Skin Care Center of Southern Illinois since June of 2018. Her target patients are adults looking for cosmetic dermatologic care in order to feel and look great.
Amason began her nursing career in 2014, having specialized in Certified Family Nurse Practitioner work from the beginning. She spent her undergraduate and graduate years at the University of Colorado, Denver. She has also earned her American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certification and studied at Kaskaskia College, where she obtained her associate’s degree in the nursing field. Amason’s field of expertise lies in energy technology, dermal fillers and various other aesthetic procedures. Amason strives to provide only the most compassionate and personalized care to her patients, which range in age from children to adults. Patients can turn to her for cosmetic, general and medical dermatology care.
