Smart Baking Company, a pioneer in healthy baked goods, has taken the number one spot on Orlando Business Journal’s Fast 50 list.
Each year, the Orlando Business Journal compiles a list of the 50 fastest growing private businesses in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties. Ranking is based on percentage of revenue growth from 2016 to 2018.
Smart Baking Company has seen immense growth since its conception in 2015. Last year marked record sales with over 3.5 million Smartcakes® and more than 900,000 Smartbuns® baked and sold. The company is continuously expanding its customer base, offering new exciting flavors like the recently launched Orange Cream Smartcake®, and has seen revenues grow over 1,300 percent from 2016 to 2018.
