A Neumann & Associates, New Jersey, announced their first semi-annual work shop "How To Value And Exit Your Business For Maximum Profit". The event will provide business owners with in-depth knowledge how to value a privately held business and how to properly plan an exit strategy.
The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Princeton, New Jersey on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 9:30 am to 4:00pm.

First of all, let us assure you that this is NOT one of these "hard-sale" events where you are being asked to issue a check for $45,000 at the end of the event or to commit "on the spot" to sell your business. As a matter of fact, we never take upfront retainers or expect potential clients to pay for such; and we always discuss in detail with clients whether a sale make sense and under what terms!
This event is presented to show you what to watch for in a sale, and if you decide to sell your business in the future, we appreciate the opportunity to be part of your team.
Secondly, we would like to assure you that confidentiality and proper valuation are the most important aspects of any transaction.
