"SmartFit and Jenny Arnold is the perfect partnership because we both use slightly different techniques to achieve what most people are looking for," explained Travis Steward, owner of SmartFit Personal Training, "which is a way to return to their bodys natural composition, and then push forward to attain radical results in muscle definition and general health."
The Jenny Arnold Movement offers one-on-one personal training as well as group exercise classes in the Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Coquitlam areas. Classes are held in Arnolds training facility, or out of doors, weather permitting.
Arnold also offers a radical indoor take on the traditional fitness bootcampfocusing on cardio, resistance, diet and mental training.
"We love the atmosphere Jenny has set up at her facility, but even more so were amazed at the results she gets and the feedback her students give her.
