Solarvest Renegotiates Fiscal Advisory Agreement With Quinsam Capital |

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 24, 2015) - SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX VENTURE:SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company"), announces that it has renegotiated its previously announced fiscal advisory agreement with Quinsam Capital Corporation such that the outstanding monthly fees shall be payable in shares. Pursuant to a letter agreement the accumulated outstanding sum of $25,425 shall be settled through the issuance of 101,700 common shares at a deemed price of $0.25 per share. |
