TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 12, 2014) - Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("S4CO2" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved as of February 7, 2014, the grant of an aggregate of 838,250 stock options (the "Options") to eligible participants of the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan"). The Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at exercise prices between $0.30 and $0.60, with vesting over various periods, all in accordance with the Plan. |
