("Source" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SOP) is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement previously announced on December 13, 2013 (the "Private Placement"). The Company has raised $386,250 through the issuance of 5,150,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.075 per Unit.
