(TSX:SGQ)(HKSE:1878) ("SouthGobi" or the "Company") announces it has entered into a private placement agreement with Novel Sunrise Investments Limited ("Novel Sunrise") as a proposed new significant investor and strategic partner for proceeds of up to approximately US$7.5 million, with an initial tranche of approximately US$3.5 million. |
