TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 6, 2010) - Stroud Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SDR) ("Stroud") announced today plans to raise up to $2.5 million in a non-brokered private placement. Stroud is proposing to offer up to 35,714,285 units at a price of $0.07 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.12 for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the offering. |
