TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 15, 2015) - SunOpta Inc. ("SunOpta") (NASDAQ:STKL)(TSX:SOY) announced today that its subsidiary, SunOpta Foods Inc. ("SunOpta Foods"), intends, subject to market and other conditions, to offer approximately $330 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured second lien notes due 2022 (the "Notes") in a private offering. |
