Super Nova Proposes Private Placement Up To $420,000 Canadian Dollars |

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 17, 2014) - Super Nova Minerals Corp. (PINKSHEETS:SNOVF) (the "Company" or "Super Nova") announces a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to $420,000 Canadian Dollars (or "CAD"). Under the terms of the Private Placement, Super Nova will issue up to 7,000,000 Units @ $0.06 CAD/unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable into one common share for three years at a price of $0.075 CAD/share in the first year; $0.10 CAD/share in the second year and $0.125 CAD/share in the third year. The proceeds of this offering will be used for general working capital. In connection with this financing, the Company may pay a finder's fee to eligible finders in accordance with regulatory policies. |
