Superior Copper Corporation Announces $1,800,000 Best Efforts Non-Brokered Private Placement |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 7, 2012) - SUPERIOR COPPER CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE:SPC) ("Superior Copper" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a best efforts non-brokered private placement financing of up to 6,000,000 hard dollar units ("HD Units") at a price of $0.10 per HD Unit, and up to 10,000,000 flow-through units ("FT Units") at a price of $0.12 per FT Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,800,000 (the "Offering"). |
