Syrian Warns US that 'Moderate' Rebels May Sell Weapons
A top Syrian official has written a letter to U.S. congressional leaders warning them to not trust moderate rebels, saying they may sell their weapons to ISIS. He repeats claim that moderate rebels sold U.S. journalist Steven Sotloff to the ISIS.
