HOUSTON, TEXAS--(Marketwired - May 22, 2013) - TC PipeLines, LP (NYSE:TCP) (the Partnership) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 8,855,000 common units, including 1,155,000 common units purchased pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter's option to purchase additional common units. The offering was priced at $43.85 per common unit. |
