Daphne joins the management team with core responsibilities of overseeing and growing TDS Shared Services offerings such as Outsource Payroll, HR Support, and working with the rest of the management team to support TDS growth.

Daphne has been engaged in the corporate world for over 12 years of which 9 years has been in the BPO industry. She began her career in Human Resources as a facilitator/trainer and has further worked with large-scale local and multi-national companies from various industries. Her expertise lies in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and organizational development. She received her Bachelor's Degree in AB Communication Arts from St. Paul College Quezon City and earned units in Master in Business Administration from De La Salle Greenhills Business School.
