BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 3, 2012) - Tempus Capital Inc. ("Tempus") announces it has signed an engagement agreement (the "Engagement") with M Partners Inc., an IIROC member firm, in respect of a contemplated financing.
The Engagement contemplates that Tempus will raise up to $150,000 at a price of $0.075 cents per common share ("Seed Round"), and up to a further $2,200,000 (the "Second Round") at a price of $0.15 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.30. The use of proceeds is to fund working capital and to provide Tempus with the ability to source, due diligence and effect acquisitions. |
