TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 1, 2011) - Terra Firma Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TII) ("Terra Firma" or the "Corporation") announced that it will conduct, on a non-brokered basis, a private placement of up to 12,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at $0.50 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,000 (the "Offering"). |
