CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 16, 2016) - Tervita Corporation announced today it has elected to utilize the 30 day grace period (the "Grace Period") pursuant to the indenture governing its 11.875% senior subordinated notes due 2018 (the "Senior Subordinated Notes") and has not made the US$18.3 million interest payment due on May 16, 2016 in connection with the Senior Subordinated Notes (the "May Interest Payment"). |
