Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. Announces a $750,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement & Granting of Options
OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 20, 2016) - Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. ("Tetra Bio" or "the Company") (CSE:TBP)(CSE:TBP.CN) is conducting a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $750,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable warrant, with a whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 12 months following the closing date.
