Tomedes Promotes Emilyn Sinamban to Head of Client Solutions, Unveils New Client-Focused Department |

Tomedes, a professional translation company with nearly 20 years in the industry, today announced the promotion of Emilyn Sinamban to Head of Client Solutions. The appointment comes alongside the launch of a newly formed Client Solutions department, created to give every client-facing employee complete ownership of the client and vendor relationship, from the first point of contact through final delivery.
Sinamban joined Tomedes a decade ago and has spent that time building the company's client-facing operations. As Global Customer Success Manager, she built the company's customer success function from the ground up, developing a high-performing team, establishing cross-departmental processes, and managing client relationships across the United States, Canada, and the European Union. She also played a direct role in strengthening client trust around data privacy, work that was recognized by Slator when she was quoted on the launch of MachineTranslation.com's Secure Mode, a feature developed in direct response to client concerns she identified and escalated.

New Department, New Standard for Accountability
The newly created role marks a structural change in how Tomedes manages client relationships. Under the new model, all 30 members of the client-facing team will be trained and held accountable across the entire client journey, rather than passing clients between separate teams at each stage. The result, the company says, is a single point of contact for clients who already understands their full history and needs, with no information lost between departments.

Prior to joining Tomedes, Sinamban worked as an online English tutor and as a writer across multiple industries, early experience she says continues to shape her leadership style.
