VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 30, 2014) - Troy Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TEG.H) (the "Corporation" or "Troy") announces the Corporation has closed a private placement of 3,300,000 common shares issued at $0.05 each for gross proceeds of $165,000. The terms of the private placement were announced on July 2, 2014 and the amount of the financing was increased from $150,000 to $165,000. |
