OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 24, 2013) - TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TMN) ("TrueContext" or the "Company"), a mobile data solutions company, today announced the completion of the third and final disbursement, in the amount of $250,000, from the previously announced $1 million five-year secured term credit facility with BDC Capital Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Business Development Bank of Canada.
