(TSX VENTURE:UCU)(OTCQX:UURAF), ("Ucore" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has closed a non-brokered private placement consisting of 1,200,000 common shares of the Company to be issued on a flow through basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the "Tax Act") at a price of $0.21 per share for gross proceeds of $252,000. |
